Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of MINE (منصة ماين) and the courses and question banks you access through it. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to them.
1. Your account (single user)
Your account is personal and for your use only. Sharing your login, or letting anyone else use your account, is not allowed and may result in suspension without a refund. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
2. Content ownership & no redistribution
All course videos, questions, explanations, files, and other materials on MINE are our property (or licensed to us) and are protected. You may use them only for your personal study. You may NOT:
- download, record, screen-capture, or re-upload course videos;
- copy, share, sell, or redistribute questions, explanations, or files;
- post any MINE content publicly or to other students or platforms.
3. Access duration
Unless stated otherwise, access to a purchased course is intended to last about six months (one academic semester) from the date of enrolment. After that period your access to that course may end. Free content remains available as long as it is offered.
4. Payment (manual CliQ)
Paid courses are purchased by manual CliQ bank transfer. After you place an order it stays "on hold / under review" until we confirm your transfer by hand and grant access — this usually takes a short time. Prices are shown on each course and may change for future purchases.
5. Refunds
Because course content is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. If you were charged in error or could not access what you paid for, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.
6. Code of conduct
To keep MINE a respectful place to study, you agree not to:
- attempt to cheat, farm points, or manipulate quizzes and the leaderboard;
- harass other students or staff, or post abusive content;
- attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform.
7. Accuracy of content
We work hard to keep medical content accurate and up to date, but MINE is a study aid — not a substitute for your official curriculum, textbooks, or professional medical judgement. Always verify critical information against authoritative sources.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use MINE after a change means you accept the new terms.
